Confi is an event app and management platform for conferences, corporate events and trade shows. Organizers set up the event in a web portal, and attendees use the Confi app on iOS and Android for the agenda, speakers, a social feed, live Q&A, networking, sponsors and venue maps. Registration, QR tickets, name badges and check-in are included.

Confi is used for academic and industry conferences, corporate events such as company retreats and team building, trade shows and multi-day events. Organizations like CIGRE, CIRED, ACUUS and Zühlke have run their events on Confi.

Most organizers set up an event in Confi in an afternoon, and every change shows in the app right away. The AI assistant in the portal can build the agenda and speaker list from a PDF or Excel file you already have. A white-label app with your own name and icon takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on App Store and Google Play review times.

Yes. Attendees use the Confi app on iPhone and Android phones, and organizers manage the event from a web portal in any browser. The registration form and the ticket emails also work in any browser, without the app.

The Confi app is in English. Your event content appears in the language you write it in, and each presentation can carry written translations that attendees can open from 10 minutes before it starts.

Confi costs a one-time €600 per event for up to 100 attendees, rising with audience size to €1,700 for events with more than 1,500 attendees. Every feature is included. A white-label app with your own name and icon in the App Store and Google Play is €300 extra, and the AI photo gallery is €100 extra.

Yes. Every new Confi event starts as a free draft with every feature and up to 5 guests, so you can set it up and try it with your team before paying. When you are ready, you request to go live from the portal and the Confi team unlocks the event after payment.

No. Confi is a one-time payment per event, based on audience size, with no subscription and no per-attendee fees on top.

Yes. Every Confi event shows your logo, colors, font and a light or dark theme inside the Confi app. For €300 extra, the Confi team publishes a white-label app with your event’s own name and icon in the App Store and Google Play, which takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on store review times.

Attendees scan your event’s QR code or open its link, which opens the event in the Confi app, or sends them to the App Store or Google Play first if they don’t have it. They can also type the event tag in the app. Ticket QR codes lead to the same place, so an emailed or printed ticket doubles as the app download link.

Only for invite-only events. An open event can be used without signing in. When an event is invite-only, attendees sign in with the email address on your guest list, and only people on the list get in.

Yes. A Confi agenda has days, rooms, color-coded categories, sessions made up of several presentations, and breaks. Each presentation can have speakers, moderators, a sponsor, files and links, Q&A, a poll, a star rating and sign-ups with a place limit. Attendees favorite sessions, search and filter in the app, and organizers can export the agenda to Excel.

Confi has a social feed where attendees post photos and videos, like and reply, plus live Q&A with upvoting and a projector view, polls, a live quiz with a leaderboard, and push notifications that organizers can schedule ahead of time.

Yes. You prepare quizzes in the Confi portal and open a lobby on the big screen. Attendees join by scanning its QR code and answer timed questions on their phones, faster correct answers score more, and the leaderboard and podium show on screen.

Yes. With participants switched on, attendees create profiles, chat one-to-one or in groups, and swap digital business cards that save straight to the phone’s contacts.

Yes. Upload your floor plans and Confi finds the rooms and booths on them and links them to the agenda and sponsors. Attendees tap a room to see what is on now and next, find a sponsor’s booth, and get directions to every venue.

Yes. Confi’s photo gallery uses face recognition, so attendees find the photos they appear in among everything the photographers shared. The Confi team sets the gallery up for your event, for €100 extra per event.

Yes. Confi poster screens list each poster with its board number, title, authors, tags, abstract and file, and can have Q&A. Attendees search, filter by tag, zoom in and download posters in the app.

Yes. The assistant in the Confi portal builds agendas and speaker lists from PDFs or spreadsheets, writes and schedules news, sets up sponsors and venue maps, designs badges and ticket emails, and answers questions about who registered. You review its proposals before they go live.

Yes. Attach your agenda or speaker list to the Confi assistant as a PDF, Excel or CSV file, and it prepares the agenda for you to review and apply.

Yes. Add your team as editors of the event. Every editor has full access to the event in the portal and can check in guests from the app, and there are no narrower roles.

Sponsors appear in tiers in the Confi app, can be featured on the home screen and marked on the venue map, and can be linked to sessions. Their representatives scan attendee tickets to collect leads with notes, shared across the sponsor’s team and exported as CSV.

Yes. Each presentation can have a star rating, and Confi forms add multi-page surveys with live stats and Excel export. A form can sit on its own page or inside any screen of the app.

Yes, at no extra cost. Confi has a public sign-up form you can embed on your website, spreadsheet import, personal QR tickets sent by email, name badges and check-in. It works on its own or together with the attendee app.

Staff scan each attendee’s ticket QR code with any phone, tablet or laptop, or search by name for walk-ins. Check-ins sync live across every device, so several people can work the door at once while arrival stats update.

Yes. Design any number of badges at custom sizes in the Confi portal and export them as print-ready PDFs. A badge can carry the attendee’s ticket QR code, which works for check-in, sponsor lead scanning and downloading the app.

Confi runs on Google Firebase, with its database and server functions in Google Cloud data centers in the European Union. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Confi processes personal data under the GDPR. The organizer is the controller of their event’s data and Confi processes it on their behalf, and transfers outside the EU rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Event data stays until the organizer deletes it or asks Confi to, and attendees can delete their account from the app at any time.
