Objective: Strengthen community, knowledge-sharing, and team spirit during a multi-day internal retreat.

The Challenge: Overcoming Static Communication & Disconnected Channels

Zühlke Camp gets better every year, and this time the priority was to streamline communication and boost real-time engagement and colleague bonding. They needed a mobile-first employee engagement tool that worked better than static intranet pages.

Confluence pages were too static, and not everyone had a work profile on their phone, so Teams was also a bad option. Important updates scattered across multiple channels made it hard to keep everyone aligned and engaged.

  • Over 150 posts were shared organically (around 30-40 a day), with hundreds more likes
